ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Andy Spragg
Director of Compassionate UK & The Sangha House • Meditation Teacher • Broadcaster
for the past 10 years.
Andy brings over 35 years of Buddhist practice, a warm teaching style, and a unique
story-led approach that makes wisdom accessible, engaging, and deeply human. He is
the author of the Buddhist book – The Magic of Noticing.
Andy spent 25 years in the IT sector finally working as a senior programme manager in
commercial business, delivering major infrastructure Programmes. So he fully
understands the pressures that business leaders, managers and employees
experience.
