Introducing Taunton Gin & Taunton Rum from Taunton Chamber of Commerce member Mainline Spirit Co 
“They’re finally here. Inspired by the town we proudly call home, we’re delighted to launch Taunton Gin and Taunton Rum, now available on our website and in the Waggon – Taunton pub”.
These aren’t just new labels — they’re a celebration of Somerset.
Taunton Gin is a handcrafted London Dry Gin that combines classic juniper, delicate floral botanicals and a subtle hint of crisp Somerset apple, creating a smooth, refreshing gin with true local character.
Taunton Rum is matured with apple wood before being finished with fresh green apples, producing a beautifully smooth rum that captures the flavour of Somerset’s famous orchards in every sip.
Both bottles feature some of Taunton’s most recognisable landmarks, including the Market House, Taunton Castle and the railway that helped shape our town, brought together beneath the Somerset Wyvern.
