Apex Medical & Rescue: First aid training taught by people who do it for real
Workplace, paediatric, forestry and outdoor qualifications — at your premises or our training centre.
We’re a CQC-registered medical and rescue provider and a Qualsafe Awards approved centre. Our instructors aren’t full-time trainers working from a manual, they’re practising pre-hospital clinicians and rescue technicians who manage real emergencies week in, week out. Much of that work is in places where an ambulance is a long way off, and they teach from it.

We provide all materials, manuals and certification. All of our courses have a hands on practical focus to ensure all learns get the most out of it to act with confidence in an emergency.
Two ways to train
At our training centre
Ideal for one or two people, or where you’d rather staff were off site and undistracted. Open course dates run regularly.
At your premises
Usually better value from around six delegates upwards. No travel time or expenses, and we build the scenarios around your actual workplace, equipment and risk profile. We bring everything and can work around shift patterns.
Two questions that usually decide the shape of things: how many staff need training, and when do your current certificates expire? If any fall due in the next six months, it’s worth getting dates in the diary now.
We would be glad to put together a quotation, or simply talk through what your first aid needs assessment actually requires.

P.S. Not sure which qualification your staff actually need? Tell me what your team does and I’ll set it out straight — including if the answer is that your current cover is already sufficient.
