“AWR – Be Prepared”

With just a few months to go until the implementation of the Agency Worker Regulations, time is running out to ensure that you have a strategy in place, which provides you with the reassurance that you are fully compliant with the Regulations, through the provision of a tailored and cost effective solution that meets the ongoing requirements of your business.  Concept Staffing have been working for 18 months to prepare for the implementation of the Regulations and have worked closely with a number of the associated representative bodies who have been instrumental in shaping and communicating the Regulations and accompanying guidance.  To this effect, Concept is well ahead in both the understanding of the Regulations (implications for both Concept and their clients) and the effectiveness of solutions which they are able to offer.     

Andrew Tugwell is the Group Operations Director for the Acorn Group, which Concept Staffing is part of, and has worked in the recruitment industry for 12 years.  Over the past 18 months Andrew has spent considerable time working closely with various industry and legal experts and has gained extensive knowledge of the AWR making him well placed to advise all companies on how to be prepared for the implementation in October.
